Traci grew up in Texas before relocating to Indiana in 2018. In 2019, she and her husband opened the Urban Air Adventure Park in Noblesville, IN. She is a partner in eight Urban Air Adventure Parks across the Midwest. Her Noblesville park has been recognized with several honors, including the Founders Award in 2021 and Franchisee of the Year in 2022, among other awards over the years. Since 2023, Traci has served as Vice President of the Franchise Advisory Council (FAC) and is now excited to continue advocating for and supporting franchisees in her role as Vice President of the APOA. She has two amazing children who are equally enthusiastic about their family’s business of choice.

Ted Grambo
Secretary/Treasurer

Ted Grambo has been a dedicated Urban Air franchisee since 2019, operating two locations in Akron and Westlake, Ohio. He served as President of the Franchise Advisory Council (FAC) during the 2022–2023 term and returned to the FAC in 2024 in his current role as Treasurer. Before joining Urban Air, Ted built a 25-year career in Retail Banking, specializing in optimizing operations and enhancing the customer experience. His leadership and operational expertise continue to support both his business success and contributions to the Urban Air franchise community.

Parker Coddington
Past President

Parker is a partner at Elevated Venture Group (EVG), which currently owns 10 parks in Texas, Florida, Oklahoma, New York, & Wisconsin. A veteran of the family entertainment center industry since 2008, he opened his first UA park in 2018, was an original member of the Franchisee Advisory Council, and served 2 times as FAC President. He is the Oldest (and thus the Smartest, Funniest, and Most Humble) sibling in his family.

Andy Powell
At Large

As a co-owner of Urban Air Bellingham since we opened in 2018, I’ve contributed to the growth of the brand by serving on key committees, including marketing, where I’ve tried to help shape strategies that benefit the entire system. Our park has been recognized on multiple occasions at conference for customer service and we have been fortunate to be awarded Franchisee of the Year for outstanding performance and leadership. In addition, I’ve mentored and supported numerous owners and general managers, sharing best practices to help them succeed in their own parks.

Joe Van Deusen
At Large

Joe Van Deusen owns and operates adventure parks in Overland Park and Lenexa, Kansas, serving the greater Kansas City area. He signed his franchise agreement in 2019 and officially purchased his parks in 2020. Outside of work, Joe enjoys family life with his wife and their two daughters, who are in 3rd and 6th grade.

Keith Handler

Keith owns Urban Air Lake Grove on Long Island, NY which opened in November 2019. Keith is the at-large FAC representative.

Ashish Javia
At Large

Ashish Javia operates Urban Air Adventure Parks in Lancaster and Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Before joining Urban Air, Ashish owned and managed a diverse portfolio of other franchise concepts, gaining extensive experience in operations, leadership, and growth management. He now focuses on driving performance through team development, operational efficiency, and community engagement—building high-performing teams and delivering consistent results that strengthen guest experience.  

Oscar Acosta
At Large

Oscar Acosta is a growth-focused executive with more than 15 years of experience scaling multi-unit, multi-brand businesses across the entertainment, food service, automotive services, and education sectors. He has a proven track record of leading organizations through early-stage expansion to institutional scale, increasing annual revenue from $1.8M to over $18M and driving enterprise value growth from $3M to more than $30M.

Originally from Venezuela, Oscar spent a decade practicing as an architect and licensed appraiser, building a strong analytical and operational foundation. After relocating to the United States in 2010, he successfully transitioned industries, beginning as General Manager of a KidsRKids early education center. Within his first year, he increased sales by 50%, demonstrating his ability to drive performance, optimize operations, and lead teams through change.
