About the Adventure Park Owners Association
APOA was incorporated in Georgia in September 2025 by nine founding members of its Board. The organization drafted bylaws with the assistance of a leading franchisee attorney and has retained Elevanta, an AMCI-accredited association management company specializing in franchisee associations, to handle the administration of the group.

The Adventure Park Owners Association™ (APOA) was formed in 2025 to unify, support, and empower its members through thoughtful collaboration with the franchisor, shared innovation and best practices, and leveraging resources for better business outcomes. As franchisees of the Urban Air Adventure Park® brand, we are dedicated to fostering sustainable growth and promoting the highest standards of customer satisfaction across all franchise locations. Together, we strive to be a strong, collective voice that drives operational excellence, protects franchisee interests, leverages member resources, and maximizes the value of our members’ parks.
